Steve and Lynn Tricker have taken the concept of traceability to a whole new level.
Steve, a qualified deer stalker and butcher, can pinpoint exactly which animals go into each product and when and where they were shot. The couple turn the meat into Truly Traceable's hand-made pies and sausage rolls, using Lynn's secret and justly famous pastry recipe. Their passion for traceability and quality has won them numerous awards and has led to widespread national newspaper and television coverage.
